- 1차 면역결핍증은 유아기에 발생하여 생명을 위협하는 장애부터 성인기에 진단되는 덜 심각한 장애에 이르는 중증도 범위에서 400개가 넘는 점점 증가하는 선천성 면역 오류의 그룹입니다. 1차 면역결핍증이 있는 대부분의 환자는 재발성 또는 만성 감염이 있습니다. 일부 장애는 기본 면역학적 경로에 영향을 미치고 기회주의적 유기체에 대한 감수성을 유발하는 반면, 다른 장애는 광범위한 발병 연령을 나타내는 매우 적은 수의 병원체에 감수성을 유발할 수 있습니다. 임상 표현은 다양하며 중증 또는 비정상적인 감염, 자가 면역질환 및 악성 종양을 포함합니다. 다양한 형태의 1차 면역 결핍 환자는 면역 조절 장애, 유전적 소인, 방사선 감수성 및 바이러스 제거 장애를 비롯한 여러 요인으로 인해 악성 종양 위험이 증가합니다.
