ERA검사란？

ERA검사 랜덤화 비교 연구
우리의 랜덤화 비교 연구는 환자의 자궁이 수용적(Receptive) 주기의 날짜에 맞춤 배아이식을 하는 것이 표준일(Standard day)에 이식하는 것보다 더 나은 결과를 가져온다는 것을 보여줍니다.
검사 과정
- 자궁내막 조직샘플에서 얻은 RNA를 분석합니다. RNA의 발현 프로파일에 기초하여 수용성, 비수용성을 분류하여 착상창을 판정합니다.
- 자궁내막이 비수용성에 해당하는 기간이었던 경우에도 대부분은 재검사가 필요하지 않습니다.
